At Careers In Nonprofits, we work closely with each client to determine current and forecasted employment needs. Once contacted by a client for staffing assistance, our recruiters and client service managers schedule an intake with the client.

During the intake, our recruiters and client service managers ask detailed questions about the position(s), obtain vast knowledge of the organization's mission, its needs, its structure, and the direction the organization is taking. We work hand-in-hand with each client during every phase of the candidate search and subsequent recommendation of candidates. Our staff will listen closely to the client, making search adjustments as needed in order to find top candidates.

Our recruiters and client service managers are committed to finding the best candidates for our clients. The secret to our success is our commitment to listening to both our clients and our candidates.
